With the Yamaha DTX530K Electronic Drum Set, Yamaha continues to add additional advanced features to their line of electronic drum sets that are built around the DTX500 Drum Trigger Module. Increasingly professional and realistic at the snare and cymbal positions, the Yamaha DTX530K features the XP80 DTX-PAD, a 3-zone, 8-inch snare pad surfaced with a Textured Cellular Silicone head for a very natural, acoustic snare drum feel. The Yamaha DTX530K also adds REAL HI-HAT FEEL by mounting the 13" RHH135 Hi-Hat pad on a Yamaha hi-hat stand, included with the kit. Another major step-up with the DTX530K are the two 13" 3-zone, choke-able cymbal pads. Close your eyes and you'll forget that they are not real cymbals.These and the three TP65 tom pads mount easily onto Yamaha's RS500 pre-assembled compact rack system which sets up quickly and folds down just as fast for easy transport or storage. The KP65 Bass Drum kick tower feels good to play, is extremely durable and stays where you put it.The "brain" of the kit is the excellent Yamaha DTX500 Drum Module which contains 427 drum, percussion and effects sounds. There are 50 preset drumkits at the ready, covering virtually every genre and there are 20 User kits in which you can create and store your own kits.There are also 63 preset songs from all genres and 20 user song locations to create your own. There is also a high-quality Click function with the ability to customize the rhythm and tone functions to your liking.
